I emailed botach to try and clarify why the item was not listed as "out of stock" if they didnt have it, and no answer. I also paid for UPS 3day select. I did once speak to a woman who was very cordial and told me the item should arrive to me in a week, that was two weeks ago.
I am going to my bank to dispute these charges as I should have the first time I smelled a rat. I look up company reviews and find this....
please, take your buisness elswhere, anywhere but botach!!!!

I did screen shots of the text messages to Botach that was on my iPhone and the emails I had. MC refunded my money in about a week. |
