Ive never had such POOR, inept customer service dealing online before as i had with Botach. I placed an order online on 11-30-09. I got an order confirmation via email..5days went by and no package nor did i get any updated via email. I emailed them for an update once, twice, three times with no response. Then tried phoning and got some weird, very unprofessional sounding voice mail message... Left a message. I finally got an email back from a girl who was going to check on my order. She did get back to me but with no help, but just to say i don't have any information yet. SO I wait..Its now 12 days after i placed the order. So I finally try the chat option on their page to have a very hard time reaching someone..very clunky system. I got through to DAN finally who told me to wait while he checked on my order...He would come back every few minutes to say he was still checking, they were very busy...I gave him my number just in case we got disconnected, as its been a real headache trying to get some help and could see there being more problems in the future so just to be safe i gave him the number..He replied with a message that i should email him as they just got a big order...END CHAT. WTF? Hey Dan how about helping me with my order first..i placed it 2 weeks ago...I emailed him that exactly..with no response of course, nor did i ever get a phone call back. So i try the chat option a few times again to get someone different this time who finally tells me that a $6 item has been out of stock and this is why the order was being held up...I explain that i should have been notified of this to help speed the order, but whatever, please cancel this item and ship the rest of the 100.00 order as there are Xmas gifts in the order. So that was on 12-10..Today is 12-16-09 and i still don't have anything And ive tried to check the item tracking on their site linked to the order number but the link doesn't work of course, so i get a chat going again to get good old Dan again who tells me that he will check it out..He comes back and says he gave it to the person who took the order...ok? then he says he will do his best to get this shipped right away...WHAT? It still hasn't shipped? Are you kidding me? I asked for the orders shipping to be upgraded to over night..he says the best he can do is see if he can expedite to 3 days at no extra charge..I say you need to do more than that...He tried to really get me to stay with them but i told him 5 times..CANCEL THIS F'n ORDER! I'm tired of the waiting and do not believe a darn thing you can tell me at this point. So to sum up the experience..UNBELIEVEABLE waste of time. Id rather light that 100.00 on fire than proceed with the order.
