I received a defective item from Botach Tactical.This defective item appeared to be no fault of Botach.

Botach agreed to replace the item but for some reason said they needed to get back to me regarding a return authorization number for the return. It has been 9 days and I still have not received the return authorization number. I have also called back and left two voice mail messages with customer service which have not been returned. Very unprofessional customer service which is a reflection of this company's policy with regard to service after the sale.

It has been a very frustrating experience for something rather simple.

I will never do business with them again...................................................................................................................................
