Purchased item. When rcvd, fit was wrong.

Contacted Botach. They “approved” a (((return and exchange))). After they rcvd my “paid for by me” return, they merely refunded the monies rather than exchange. The item was on sale upon buying, returns/exchanges accepted via ad.

However, rather than replace the wrong size wth the correct size at the discounted price - they conned me into sending the item back on my dime and time & then they tried to say that they changed their policy during my attempt to exchange.

I will not use these poor excuses for customer service anymore. They want your money, not your business!!!
