i ordered over 300 dollars in equipment. they sent one email that said the product is on back order and will respond within 24 -48 hrs with a date.

i have tried many many times by every venue to reach the company. it has been several weeks with no luck. now there site says they are closed for rest of the week for the holiday. What holiday???

i cant even contact them to cancel the order so i can get the equipment elsewhere. This equipment is need now for police use and now my people are going without as i cant get it and am afraid to order elsewhere and get stuck with two bills.

Monetary Loss: $300.
