I placed an order with BOTACH on 6/4/2010. On 6/30/2010 they charged me $130.68 and sent the wrong order.
I called them and told them they sent me the wrong order. It took them a week to send the return label to sent it back.
They received the package back from me on 7/13/2010 at 9:15 am. I have tried to contact them numerous times thru E-Mail, Phone calls and there Live Chat to try and get my money back.
I've cancelled the order thinking that would get my money faster. No luck.
I placed this same order with a different company last week and I have received it already.
I figure when they keep hanging up on me and leaving me on hold for 30 minutes that I will never see me money again
Monetary Loss: $130.
