Ordered 200 buck worth of gear on 10 Aug. As of the afternoon of 26 Aug, they cannot tell me where my order is or when it will get here, but the cannot cancel my order as it has supposed "shipped" from the vendor.

They will not return e-mails or calls to the 1-800 number on the website. I even talked to real persons via a googled number but they will not return phone calls when they say they will. I will pay the extra $$ and go with a reputable company next time.

While they might be cheaper by being a drop shipper and not holding any stock in their is not worth it. You might get lucky like some have, but on the other hand you can be SOL just like is your call, but for a few bucks more I will go someplace else

Monetary Loss: $200.
